This website
dynmech.com is a static site and sets no tracking cookies. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser. The chat assistant sends your messages to our AI service solely to answer them. The newsletter form sends your email address to our mailing provider solely to deliver release notes; unsubscribe links are in every email.
DynMech CycleView (desktop edition)
Makes zero network requests and collects zero telemetry. Nothing to disclose.
DynMech CycleView Online (browser edition)
The online edition runs entirely in your browser. Your CSV is parsed and drawn locally and is never uploaded — the application makes no data requests to any server after the page itself loads. We operate no accounts and store no user files.
Share links compress your data into the fragment of the URL (the part after “#”), which browsers never transmit to a server. The data therefore stays out of our logs — but it travels inside the link, so anyone who receives that link, including any messaging service you paste it into, can read the chart. Treat a share link as you would the file itself.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, requested path, timestamp) for security
and troubleshooting. Links from the online edition to our download page carry a
?ref= parameter so we can see which prompts lead to downloads; it identifies the
placement, not you.
DynMech Motion
Contacts the DynMech license server only for trial start, activation, periodic license validation and the optional online-share feature. Trial and activation requests carry a device fingerprint (a hash containing no personal information) and product identifier. Uploaded shares contain only the exported animation you chose to share. The optional AI assistant sends your chat messages and scene metadata needed to answer them to DynMech’s AI service; usage is metered per license.
DynMech SolidPilot AI
Your geometry stays home: part files, geometry and feature trees are never uploaded. What is sent to the DynMech cloud is your command text and a short semantic description of the clicked reference (face type, owning feature name, dimensions in mm, click position), plus your stored modeling preferences. Command text and semantic descriptions are retained to improve recognition quality. Voice audio sent to the cloud engine is deleted after transcription; the local recognition engine keeps audio entirely on your machine. Lightweight error telemetry can be disabled with SOLIDPILOT_TELEMETRY=off.
