1. DynMech CycleView
CycleView is licensed free of charge, including for commercial use. No license key, registration or account is required, and there is no trial period. You may install it on any number of devices and redistribute the unmodified installer inside your organization. CycleView operates fully offline: it makes no network requests and collects no telemetry.
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Timing charts are planning aids: the absence of overlap on a chart does not constitute verification that mechanisms cannot collide in space, and CycleView output does not replace engineering safety verification. No individual technical support is provided; community support is available via GitHub Issues.
2. DynMech CycleView Online (browser edition)
The online edition is provided free of charge for the same uses as the desktop edition, under the same terms as section 1. It is a static web application: the chart is rendered entirely in your browser, and DynMech operates no account, storage or processing service behind it. It is a deliberate subset of the desktop edition — read-only, row-limited, and without export — offered as a way to evaluate CycleView without installing anything.
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time; it carries no uptime commitment. Share links encode your data in the link itself: anyone who holds the link can read that chart. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.
3. DynMech Motion (including DynMech Player)
Motion is licensed per seat. A 7-day full-feature trial is available without an account or payment details; trial state is recorded per device and product and is not resettable. Activation uses a license key bound to a device fingerprint (one device by default; the fingerprint contains no personal information). Licensed installations continue to work without a network connection for a 7-day grace period, after which online validation is required. Perpetual, annual and rental license terms are those stated at purchase.
The DynMech Player is free of charge and may be redistributed to allow any recipient to view exported animations. Simulation results are design and communication aids and do not replace engineering verification of the physical machine. The optional AI assistant is an add-on service subject to fair-use quotas; see the Privacy Policy for what it processes.
4. DynMech SolidPilot AI
SolidPilot AI is licensed per seat. A 30-day full-feature trial is available without an account or payment details; trial state is recorded per device and is not resettable. Activation uses a license key bound to a device fingerprint. The AI service is provided through DynMech’s cloud and is subject to daily fair-use quotas (higher for licensed seats than trials). Generated features are your work product; you are responsible for verifying them before manufacturing. The add-in may update itself automatically.
5. General terms (all products)
You may not reverse engineer, sublicense or resell the software except where law permits. DynMech’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
